Poker is a card game where players pay money into the pot based on their own cards and the action of others. During each round of betting, a player can fold their cards, call (match another player’s bet), raise (bet a larger amount than a previous player’s bet) or check (no bet). Typically, whoever has the best hand at the end of the game wins all the money at that table.
